“My proposal for Oceana was resuming the essential relationship between sculpture, architecture and landscape design. So I came up with two bronze volumes that combine abstract and organic. I hope residents and strollers find, in this space of timeless landscape, a calm break from the city.”
Elba Bairon was born in 1947 in La Paz, Bolivia. She has been living and working in Buenos Aires since 1967. She has been internationally renowned for her works in sculpture and engraving, which stand out because of the materiality of her objects and installations.

“An artwork that relates the inhabitants of Oceana to the river and the sky. The sky as a guide to recognize the geographic localization point, like the astronomic navigation, or as a benchmark of an unknown horizon toward the vastness that surrounds us. An artwork that invites us to glance up and discover our southern sky reflected in the grand water mirror of the great Rio de la Plata”
Leo Battistelli was born in 1977 in Rosario, Argentina. Since 2016, he has lived and worked in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Educated in Fine Arts and specializing in pottery, he works on extraordinary pieces both in the field of visual arts and in interior design.
